Thomas Herrmann has more than 20 years of experience in various investment roles. Until 2018 he worked for a large bank in Switzerland and abroad. Since 2018 he has worked fully independent from banks and asset managers - for private and institutional clients. At Mosaik Capital he leads client mandates and orchestrates the collaboration with specialists of the Mosaik network as well as with banks and asset managers of our clients. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
Roger Signer
Roger Signer has over 20 years of experience in wealth and asset management. Before joining Mosaik Capital, he held various investment roles at major banks. His extensive expertise in research, manager selection, and portfolio construction forms the foundation for his current role as Senior Investment Strategist at Mosaik Capital. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and studied Economics and Finance at the University of St. Gallen.
Felix Xaver Oeschger

Felix Xaver Oeschger has more than 25 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, and family office structures. Since 2025, he has been Managing Partner at Mosaik Capital, responsible for the strategic development of the business as well as selected client mandates. He also serves on the board of the Swiss Family Office Association (SFOA).

Beat Gartmann is a Senior Investment Strategist at Mosaik Capital with over 12 years of experience in wealth and asset management, specializing in alternative investments and equities. Previously, he was Senior Alternatives Portfolio Manager at major Swiss banks, where he managed hedge fund and private market portfolios for private and institutional clients. His deep expertise in portfolio construction and manager selection are the foundation for his current role. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree in Economics, Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
